Welcome to Drive Lend, a digital lending platform owned and operated by PANGHAT FINANCE COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Drive Lend mobile application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use immediately.
By accessing Drive Lend, you enter into a binding agreement with:

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be displayed within the App. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Drive Lend enables eligible users in Ghana to:
Apply for short- or medium-term personal loans digitally
View all loan amounts, interest rates, and repayment schedules clearly
Receive approved funds directly into a registered local mobile wallet
Make repayments conveniently using the same wallet
We may enhance, modify, or suspend certain features as required by business, operational, or regulatory needs.
To use this service, you must:
Be between 20 and 60 years of age
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
Hold a valid national ID
Have a local mobile wallet registered in your name
Provide accurate and verifiable personal information
Meet our internal credit assessment standards
We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail to meet these requirements or provide false information.
Some features require registration. You are responsible for:
Maintaining accurate registration details
Keeping login credentials confidential
Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access
We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account or device.
Your data is collected and used in accordance with the Drive Lend [Privacy Policy]. By using the App, you consent to processing for purposes including:
Identity verification and credit assessment
Loan approval, disbursement, and repayment management
Fraud detection and risk control
Compliance with applicable laws and RBI guidelines
Product improvement and customer support
We never sell or rent personal information to third parties.
To apply for a loan:
Submit your personal and identification details via the App.
Choose a loan amount between GHC 300 and GHC 5,000 and a term between 91 and 360 days.
Review the loan offer, including all charges:
Maximum APR: 20% (fixed)
Processing Fee: 1% of the loan amount
Confirm and accept the offer if approved.
Funds are disbursed directly to your local mobile wallet.
All costs are disclosed upfront — no hidden charges apply.
Repay on or before your scheduled due date.
Early repayment is allowed at any time; interest is recalculated based on actual loan usage.
Payments must be made through the registered mobile wallet.
Late or missed repayments may result in additional charges, credit reporting, and collection actions under Ghanaian law. If you face repayment difficulty, contact support promptly to discuss options.
You agree not to:
Provide false information or impersonate others
Use the App for illegal activities
Attempt to access or modify another user’s data
Interfere with the App’s operation or security
Copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the App
Violate any laws of Ghana
Violation of these terms may lead to account termination or legal action.
Drive Lend follows a fully transparent pricing model:
Processing Fee: 1% of loan amount (one-time)
Interest: Up to 20% APR (fixed)
We do not charge application fees, hidden service charges, or prepayment penalties.
You only repay the principal, interest, and processing fee as clearly disclosed.
All intellectual property in the Drive Lend App—including software, design, and content—belongs to PANGHAT FINANCE COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensed partners.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the App for personal purposes only.
Reproduction or modification without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Drive Lend is provided on an “as is” basis. While we aim to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
We are not liable for losses arising from technical issues or service interruptions, to the extent permitted by law.
We may update or discontinue certain features from time to time. If the App or service is modified or terminated, any existing loan repayment obligations remain in force under the original agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana.
In case of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve matters through customer support. If unresolved, claims will be handled by competent courts in Ghana.
